Scheffler back in familiar spot, with lead at RBC
World No. 2 Scottie Scheffler reclaimed his perch atop the leaderboard at the RBC Heritage on Saturday, carding a 3-under 68 to take a one-shot lead into the final round. Scheffler, who opened with a course-record 63 on Thursday, birdied three of his first seven holes to move into a tie for the lead. He dropped a shot at the par-4 ninth, but birdied the par-5 11th and 15th holes to take sole possession of the lead at 10-under 203. Scheffler is seeking his fifth PGA Tour victory of the season and his first since winning the Masters in April.
