This video is a bit different than all the other videos we made so far. Someone is getting his first golf lesson ever. In fact, this guy never touched a golf club in his life! Jos Verlooy is someone special. Is is participating at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2021. His discipline is Show Jumping (horses).
He is also participating in the Flemmish tv show "container cup" at Play4. In that sports program he has to hit a golf ball with an iron as far as possible. Today he is getting his first golf lesson to prepare himself fot that program.
In this video you will see someone learns how to hit a golf ball properly. We talk about gripping a golf club, balance, rotation and of course the basics of the golf swing.
