Broadhurst holds on at Pebble for Champions win

Tommy Broadhurst held off a late charge from Gary Player to win the inaugural PGA TOUR Champions Hoag Classic at Pebble Beach on Sunday.

Broadhurst fired a 4-under 68 in the final round to finish at 15-under 201, one stroke ahead of Player, who shot a 66.

The victory is Broadhurst’s first on PGA TOUR Champions and his second on the PGA Tour, following his win at the 2016 Barbasol Championship.
