Broadhurst holds on at Pebble for Champions win

Tommy Broadhurst held off a late charge from Gary Player to win the inaugural PGA TOUR Champions Hoag Classic at Pebble Beach on Sunday.

Broadhurst fired a 4-under 68 in the final round to finish at 15-under 201, one stroke ahead of Player, who shot a 66.

The victory is Broadhurst’s first on PGA TOUR Champions and his second on the PGA Tour, following his win at the 2016 Barbasol Championship.

Broadhurst takes home sixth win on Champions

Two-time Olympic champion Ed Broadhurst has taken a sixth consecutive win in Champions League this year at the Berlin stop.
