Nelly Korda Secures Sensational Victory at the Mizuho Americas Open for Her 6th Win in 2024

Nelly Korda clinched her sixth LPGA Tour win of the season at the Mizuho Americas Open. The 26-year-old carded a final-round 67 to finish at 20-under par, two strokes ahead of Australia’s Minjee Lee.

Korda’s victory was her second major championship title, following her triumph at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in 2021.

She has been in imperious form this year, winning six times and finishing in the top 10 in all but two of her 11 starts.

Speaking after her victory, Korda said: “It’s an incredible feeling. I’ve been working so hard this year, and to see it all come together like this is amazing.”
