**New Details Emerge in Scottie Scheffler Arrest**

An eyewitness has provided new details about PGA Champion Scottie Scheffler’s arrest in Texas.

The witness told police they saw Scheffler arguing with a woman and then grabbing her by the arm. Officers arrived and arrested Scheffler for assault and resisting arrest.

According to the police report, Scheffler refused to cooperate with officers and resisted arrest. He allegedly told the arresting officer, “Do you know who I am?”

Scheffler has since apologized for his actions, saying he was “embarrassed and disappointed.” He is scheduled to appear in court on June 15.
