Rory McIlroy plans to scale back his tournament schedule in the years to come after a whirlwind 2023 campaign. The Northern Irishman played in 27 events this year plus two DP World Tour events and the unofficial Hero Challenge.
“It’s a big commitment to play the PGA Tour and you have to make sure that when you are playing that you’re giving it your all and I’ll certainly be a little bit more selective as I go forward,” McIlroy said.
