Employing a mixed-methods approach-direct field testing, comparative review against official rules, and feedback from players across skill levels-we found the cards to be highly readable, concise, and reliably waterproof. Their compact design facilitated convenient carriage and rapid consultation during play, while the distilled rules and practical tips supported both novice decision-making and experienced players’ routine refinement. Quantitatively, users reported reduced rule-checking time and improved confidence in uncertain situations. Minor limitations include limited coverage of complex rulings and the absence of personalized indexing. Overall, we conclude these cards represent a durable, practical tool that meaningfully enhances rule literacy and immediate on-course performance.
