Ten experienced golfers performed five common practice drills while kinematic and kinetic data were collected using a high-speed camera and force plate. Results indicated that the “Stack-and-Tilt” drill significantly improved clubhead speed (p < 0.05) and reduced kinematic deviations in the downswing compared to other drills. The "Parallel Drill" effectively controlled wrist flexion during the backswing (p < 0.05), reducing wrist injuries. The "Hip Loading Drill" enhanced hip rotation and power transfer (p < 0.05), leading to increased distance.
