2024 U.S. Presidents Cup captain’s picks announced (with surprise omission)

The six captain’s picks for the 2024 U.S. Presidents Cup team, led by Trevor Immelman, were announced today. The selections include Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Patrick Cantlay, Cameron Young, and Will Zalatoris.

Johnson has not won a PGA Tour event since the 2020 Masters Tournament and has struggled to contend in recent months.
