Jordan Spieth offers hopeful injury news. But work is ahead
Jordan Spieth recently announced that he expects to make a full recovery from a wrist injury that sidelined him from the PGA Tour. Spieth underwent surgery in December to repair a torn ligament in his left wrist. The surgery was successful, and Spieth has been gradually ramping up his rehab. He is now able to hit balls and chip, and he expects to be able to start putting soon. Spieth said he is “very encouraged” by his progress and is hopeful that he will be able to return to competition in the near future. He did not give a specific timetable for his return, but he said he is “excited to get back out there and play.”
