Ahead of the 2024 election, we asked attendees of the 2024 Presidents Cup about the role models who have inspired them in their own lives and careers.

Many attendees cited their parents, grandparents, and teachers as influential role models. Others pointed to political figures, leaders in their industries, and even celebrities.

“My father taught me the importance of hard work and perseverance,” said one attendee. “He showed me that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.”

Another attendee said, “My role model is Michelle Obama. She is an inspiration to me because she is a strong, intelligent, and compassionate woman who has broken down barriers and made a difference in the world.”
