Golf’s Newest Radio Star? Rock Legend Alice Cooper
Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Alice Cooper has reportedly signed on to host a weekly radio show focused entirely on golf.
Sources tell us that Cooper has inked a multi-year deal with SiriusXM and that the show will air on the network’s PGA Tour Radio channel. The show is expected to launch in early 2024.
While he is most famous for his theatrics, makeup, and hit songs like “School’s Out” and “Poison,” Cooper is also an avid golfer with a single-digit handicap.
Cooper’s love of golf has been well-documented over the years. He has played in numerous pro-ams and charity events and even designed his own golf course in Arizona. What’s more, Cooper has long been outspoken about wanting to make the game more accessible to everyone.
